Let’s work together online or have a directed session via Source Connect, Skype or phone patch! I embrace differences from all around the world and any culture.
As a professional female voice actor, I am all about the relationship with clients and the high quality of delivered voice over work.
It starts with a deep belief that honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic are what drives quality narration. Most of my experience comes from transparency, career training, world travel and a willingness to listen. You may feel it’s important to know the person behind the voice. Although, I have been voice acting most of my adult life, I have taken twists and turns as a professional.
In 2016, my husband and I sold everything, bought a sailboat and sailed down the coast of Mexico. From there, we departed and sailed across the Pacific Ocean to French Polynesia where we spent months visiting remote corners and villages. We explored our interest in people, culture and overcoming deep fears about sailing. After we sailed back from Hawaii, to San Diego, we sold the boat and bought an RV. We traveled the United States, Alaska and Canada. Our experiences have broadened our relationship with many ideas, each other and the world around us.
I used these unique experiences to tell a story and share the fears, accomplishments and goodness that we found by traveling the world.
Because of my experiences in adventure world travel, my voice has a special confidence that makes it believable, natural, energetic and compassionate.
I spent several years working with non-profit organizations where I used my public speaking skills to help spread the word. It was at the American Red Cross Blood Services in San Diego where I was asked to be the “on camera” and “broadcast studio on- air” spokesperson. I was so passionate about the news side of my job, I decided to seek out an internship with radio and television broadcasting.
After a successful internship, I was hired to be a reporter. There, I helped with all aspects of the news production. I learned how to use my voice and was able to write and read news copy for a local cable TV company.
My skills continued to improve and I was hired in another organization. I presented various educational programs to thousands of adults, professionals, executives and children and again, found a new voice of compassion.
My travels have inspired many video productions and voiceover opportunities. My goal is to help anyone who has a message, project or passion but needs my voice to tell the story.
If I could sum up my learned skills, here are a few examples where my voice has made an impression, a difference and projects come to life:
Explainer videos, travel and adventure narration, YouTube video production and voice over, travel documentaries, professional narration, audio book narration, e-learning, reporter/writer, on camera spokesperson, IVR telephone messaging and now artificial intelligence, new apps, script writing and more.
