My name is Trent. I’m a queer, disabled, non-union VO artist with a broadcast quality home studio based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Regarding my home studio, I use an U87 Microphone running through a Universal Audio Volt Interface. My booth is fully treated with acoustic panels made from Rockwool Safe n’ Sound. I also have a hardwired ethernet connection (100 down, 50 up) and access to Source Connect Standard. I am also available to use alternative methods such as phone patch, Connection Open, and ipDTL.
I've primarily found success in video games, which has led to me working with multiple studios across various hub markets including LA, Toronto, and Texas. I’ve booked roles on projects such as Warframe from Digital Extremes, and SMITE from Hi-Rez Studios, and Genshin Impact from HoYoverse and Formosa Interactive. I've also been fortunate enough to make use of my remote ADR setup, working on foreign film dubs with Texas based studio Okratron 5000. On the corporate/E-learning side of things, I have been remotely working with Duolingo, narrating English language stories for their app.
Locally, I have worked with the Winnipeg based production house DACAPO Productions on multiple projects including games, cartoons, and commercials. This includes Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters, a video game entry in the popular Warhammer franchise from Games Workshop, and the successful kids cartoon Supa Strikas: Rookie Season, as a joint production with Moonbug Entertainment and Iyuno in LA.
